Made some offers today.
One of the properties that another wholesaler just bailed on is back on the mls, and reduced by another 11 grand. I put an offer in on it a couple of weeks ago, and am going to put in another first thing tomorrow.
Not much else to report on. More of the same. You know what they say about all work and no play.
Maybe I am really in hell but just haven't realized it yet. I will just keep making offers on and on and not get any accepted. Sounds like the makings of a Twilight Zone episode.
