Flip This Wholesaler

Well my fax is working again, which is a good thing. My iPod, on the other hand is about to make it's way into the trash can. I hate that thing.

One of my friends is moving to Costa Rica next week. She has a house there on the beach and is going to be selling condos for a developer she met there on her last visit. I guess you don't have to have a license to sell real estate there. If I didn't have financial responsibilities (and 4 animals) here, I think I would take off and join her. Actually, I'm still tossing the idea around. It would be hard to tear myself away from all of the fun I am having here, though. All of the constant rejection and disappointment would be really hard to walk away from, you know? I guess that would make me a quitter, though, if I just packed it up and moved away. Not sure if I could live with that. Hmmmmmm........
