Flip This Wholesaler

Well, looks like it's back to square one. The two deals I was working on are now dead.

I negotiated a sub2 deal yesterday via email from an ad I saw on Craigslist. I sent it over to the mortgage guys, but don't have much faith in it working out.

I'm running out of funds again, so I am not sure that I will be able to keep making offers on mls properties since it will be hard to come up with a deposit.

Not really sure where I should go from here. Taking a day to think about it and try to come up with a gameplan. I'm kind of at a loss right now, and just can't see why it is so difficult for anything to work out for me.
