Flip This Wholesaler

Today was a crappy day. I didn't get a single call from the signs I put out last night (not even anyone yelling at me to take them down). I called a bunch of ads from the Sunday paper, and am going to look at a property tomorrow morning. One of the people I called yesterday called me back today to see if I wanted to make an offer. He and his wife are closing on another home at the end of the month, and they need to sell quickly. They just lowered it 20k from $139,00 to $119,00. It doesn't need any work. I told him I could pay around 100k. He said he would keep me in mind if it doesn't sell by the end of the month. I will give him a follow up call in a couple weeks.

I didn't get to any open houses today, mostly because I was too tired and not in a very enthusiastic mood. I am going to start making offers on listed properties again this week.

The Nightmare Deal is supposed to close by Weds. of this week. It would be great to get a check for 5k. I am going to put some money into advertising if it does.
