Well, I decided to market the 85k house for 99k. I asked one of the wholesalers I know who does a lot of deals in this area what he thought, and he told me to keep it under 100k to get it sold fast. I still think it might be a little high, but I can always lower it if I don't get a good response. I just want it sold fast. I'm always so stressed out while I'm marketing a property. Well, I guess I'm stressed out most of the time, but more so when I'm marketing a property. My original contract with the seller is up Oct. 3rd, so I need to get the seller to sign an addendum to extend it. I brought it with me last night for him to sign, but he ended up running late and told me to just go to the property and knock on the door (which I should have done 2 weeks ago). He told me he understands that I will not be able to close on the 3rd because he has taken so long to get the contract signed and to get me in the property, but I still want the addendum signed asap just in case.

I'm officially done doing business of any sort with the mortgage guys. I have been trying to get in touch with them all week, and have not received a single phone call or email back. You would think that they would be happy to hear from me since I am constantly sending them business. I have absolutely no tolerance for this kind of crap. It's especially annoying when I have several deals pending with them and have no idea what is going on with any of them. I've had it with these guys. Unless they are trapped at the bottom of a ravine somewhere, or being held hostage by terrorists, I am not accepting any excuses. I have been calling and emailing all week to no avail. I take back taking back calling them bastards last month.
