I woke up at 2 am from a sleeping pill induced coma, and had this email in my BlackBerry (I sleep with my BlackBerry).

Sorry the last couple of days have been crazy but I do still plan on selling it. I am trying to figure out what i need to do to satisfy discover and have been getting a lot of dead ends.

This email was in reponse to a series of emails I sent to him (the seller), yesterday afternoon and evening. I told him that I would be happy in assisting him in getting that Discover judgement reduced. So, I guess there is still hope? I called the title company with his new info. this morning, and the lady handling the file, told me we really need to get the account info. on his mortgages so that she can order the payoff, and we can close on time. The last thing I need is for this to extend past the closing date (next Friday), have CC bail, and then be stuck without a buyer.
