Wow. I was just looking up at the calendar, and noticed Thanksgiving is next week. I grew up in Illinois, and even though I've been in FL for awhile, it still seems odd to have the AC on 1 week from Thanksgiving. The weather is beautiful here this time of the year. 70's and sunny. Gotta love it.

Well, let's see, do you guys want the real version of how my deal is going, or the sugar-coated one? Sugar coated? OK, good......... My phone has been ringing off the hook with buyers wanting this property. They are now in a bidding war, and I may make so much money off of this one deal that I just might be able to take the entire next year off and travel around the world with my boyfriend, R-Fed. I'm so glad I didn't consult my wholesaler friend like I usually do before I put this one under contract. I totally am a hot-shot wholesaler now, and totally know exactly what I am doing. Thank God I got over that awkward stage where I felt like I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off, always wondering when things were going to FINALLY start coming together. Ladies and Gentlemen, I have arrived!!!!

Time to go buy a Hummer.
