Steph, are you still planting bandit signs in addition to working the MLS? Any mailings? I'm curious what's working for you.

Hi Scott,
No signs for me anymore. I despise them. I did get my last deal from a sign, but that was after putting out around 1000. Seriously. Not worth the time in my opinion. Some investors swear by them, though, so I guess it's just a matter of personal preference.
For now I'm sticking to the mls, and also marketing deals for other wholesalers.
Once I have some steady cash coming in, I will probably start a direct mail campaign again.

Steph, are you getting any Sub2 action. I know you mentioned you were going to give it a shot and study up. Any luck yet?

I read about a couple of websites that you can list your properties on. oodles.com and mrlandlord.com. I haven't checked them out yet, but thought you might be able to get your wholesale deal listed/sold.
btw, how's that deal coming?
