Got a lot going on right now. Working on another REO with an investor friend of mine. I'll post details tomorrow. I think the banks may be starting to come to their senses. It's about time.
The other REO is scheduled to close this Friday. Shouldn't be any problems. Dang, I shouldn't say that.
I've got some other stuff in the hopper, but am too tired to post right now. Been a long day.
Things are moving right along, though......

Roger is playing James Blake at 3am, so it looks like it's gonna be a long night.
