I spent most of the day yesterday looking at condos downtown. I changed my mind once again, and am pretty sure I'm going to be living at Skypoint. I love it. You get less living space for your money, but the amenities more then make up for it. It's like living in a really nice hotel. I'm sold.
I forgot today is a holiday, so I guess I won't be hearing anything back from the banks today. I have a whole slew of offers to make. I want another deal by the end of the month.
Guess I better get crackin'.

Nice pad. I can see why you're sold on it. Very nice.
Hey Steph, have you ever used option contracts before? I've got one going & I'm a little embarrassed to ask my atty about some of the details.
Thx,
Taylor
Wow, that place is beautiful! I love lofts. Congratulations! And, I can't blame you, wanting to give your ex and his new flame some space.
Taylor,
Yes, I've used options before. The one I used was pretty straight forward, if I remember correctly. I can email it to you if I still have it on my computer- I think I do.
They are a good tool to use if you aren't sure about a deal.
Steph
I cannot wait for the loft warming party!! I'll bring the cheese Steph!!
