Feeling much better today. Sorry about the foul language yesterday- I warned you...

I spoke with my buyer earlier who is buying the REO from me that was scheduled to close on 3/18. He said he can close early, so we are shooting for the 7th instead (next Friday). That's good news. I want this one closed and in the books.

I'm waiting to hear back from another of the owners of one of the Skypoint units I looked at on Friday. I figured this one would be gone already- it has a great view, and is priced low. I also made appointments today to look at two other units later in the week. I'm moving in there April 1st, come hell or high water.

I guess Tampa is supposed to be getting some bad weather this afternoon and evening. I think I heard someone say something about a blackout. I guess I should probably turn the news on (I hate the news) and see if there is a tornado coming my way. Although, my Mom is usually pretty good about calling and letting me know about that kind of stuff, since she knows I don't really watch TV.
