I don't want to rain on anyone's parade by talking about how utterly shitty my day was today, so, instead, I'd like to invite you all (does saying "you all" make me a true Floridian?) to join me over at FlipItBig.com where Jared, Steve, and Gerald (the site owners) are hosting FlipItBig's weekly chat at 8pm Eastern. The topic for tonight is "Wholesaling in today's market". Feel free to ask any and all questions that you may have about wholesaling- Steve happens to have completed over 60 wholesale deals LAST YEAR. I'm jealous.
