Long time no blog....
I've been busy being crippled, having my car spring an oil leak which is going to cost me $1500, and having my buyer back out of the deal that was supposed to close today-1 hour before closing.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
They say bad things come in 3's, so I guess I'm in the clear now.
Good times.
Anybody got a Vicodin?

Is it your back?
Only time in my life I ever "drank and dialed" was under the influence of vicodin.
I certainly hope you feel better! Maybe that killer view will lift your spirits. :)
Are you going to have to close on the deal yourself now that your buyer backed out?
Hi Cliff- Yes, my back is totally destroyed. Unfortunately, pain killers of any sort make me puke, so I'm basically screwed..
Kyle- we have another buyer, and are trying to get the contract extended 1 week, but I don't think it's gonna happen.
Why don't you post your deals on your blog?
