Well, as it turns out, my window climbing adventures were not done in vain, because my buyer is going to go ahead and take that property from me. I'm meeting him later this afternoon to get everything signed and get his deposit. Sweet. This is the same buyer who is buying the other one that was supposed to close a few weeks ago where we are STILL waiting on the new lender to let us close. Hopefully we can get it done by the end of next week, but I'm not holding my breath. Apparently they are in no hurry to get this piece of crap house, in all of it's pink glory, off of their books.
Pretty, ain't she? You should see the inside. It's like a maze. And one of the rooms has brown shag carpet on the walls. Niiiiiiice. That's how we roll here in Tampa..
Anyway, as it stands, I've got 3 deals scheduled to close next month. Of course, I'm at the mercy of the banks and their incompetent title companies, so I'm not counting my chickens until they are fully hatched and sitting in my bank account. See- I'm learning..... Look Mom, no hands!
OK, gotta run- my on-again boyfriend is flying me out to Wimbledon to watch him kick some ass!! He plays much better when I'm there, ya know?

Hope your boyfriend wins too. It was hard watching him get spanked at the French like that. He looked like a little kid that was getting beat up by a bully...
