Flip This Wholesaler

I couldn't bring myself to put signs out, again. I really hate doing it (I mean really, really, hate it), so I decided tonight that I'm done with them.

I got 1 call today (from a sign-of course). The guy didn't speak English. This is the 3rd person I've had call me in the last 2 weeks that asked if I spoke Spanish (I can understand a little, but not much). I know of a Spanish speaking investor that I'm going to call and ask if he'll handle these sellers, and we can work the deals together. Better than throwing a lead away.

I have some postcards to send out tomorrow. I went through some listings tonight and picked out a bunch of REOs that I want to offer on this week. It's crazy how many of them there are.

Everyone I talk to (realtors and sellers) thinks that the market is going to come back soon. I think it is going to get worse before it gets better. I'm glad that I got started wholesaling in a tough market.

I printed out a copy of my savings account balance today, added a couple of zeroes to it, and tacked it on the wall next to my desk. I can definitely get used to seeing those extra digits.
