Yesterday and today I decided to take some time to sit back, have a couple of well deserved cocktails, and enjoy the beautiful weather. Days like today and yesterday remind me of why I decided to move here in the first place, and also make me very grateful for being here.
I managed to get to the courthouse today to do some snooping around, but that's pretty much it as far as marketing goes. I figure I can take a day off every now and again without it having too much of an effect on my incoming leads.
I had someone come to look at my townhouse this evening, and one is scheduled for tomorrow @ 11.
I'm going to work on some targeted mailings this weekend, and also make a couple offers on mls properties.
