Flip This Wholesaler

I ended up putting 30 signs out Friday night. The sun was coming up when I got home. I stumbled across an abandoned property while I was out, and went back to investigate the next day. I drove around for a bit and found several other vacant, run-down properties as well. I have letters going out to those tomorrow.

I got another call from a sign today. The guy is in pre-foreclosure and doesn't have enough equity. Yesterday I got 3 calls, 2 from postcards, one from a sign. At least my phone is starting to ring again. I expect to be busy this week as I have mailed a whole bunch of postcards and letters over the last week.

When I got home today I had an email from a guy asking if I had any wholesale properties in Clearwater. He said he is looking to buy something in the near future. I'm going to call around to other wholesalers tomorrow and see if I can find him something (I will add on an extra grand or so for myself). The guy who emailed me got my info. from the buyer of the infamous nightmare deal. I guess he didn't think I was a total hack after all. That's always a bonus.

Tomorrow our investment group meets for the first time. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people.

This week I'm going to continue marketing like a crazy person. I refuse to let this month be anything like the last. It's just not going to happen.
