Flip This Wholesaler

It's about 3am and I just got done researching the 200 leads I got from the courthouse today. I have another stack of postcards and letters to send out tomorrow morning. I'm debating whether or not to put some signs out. I just drank about a gallon of Diet Mountain Dew, so I'm probably going to be up anyway.

I downloaded a bunch of tele-seminars today and burned them onto cds so I can listen to them while driving around. I already picked out a few marketing ideas from them to add to what I am doing.

I got 1 call today from a sign (wow). There was no equity.

I am getting a deal this month, I don't care if I have to stay up 24 hours a day marketing to do so. Maybe I will wear a sandwich costume and stand on the side of the road with an "I Buy Houses" sign. I don't know why I picked a sandwich, but it would be pretty funny.
