The pest inspection was this morning. They found a small colony of termites and that was it. Should cost around $250 to fix. I'm sure it will come out of my pocket somehow.. My realtor was here, as well as the buyers. I told my realtor that I had left a message with my "friend" and had not heard back from her. He informed me that "they" (meaning him, my ex-friend, and her husband), would be going over the numbers today and would "let me know what they came up with." Basically, I have absolutely no say in how the money is going to be split up. I am at her mercy. Imagine spending 2.5 years working on a house, putting your last dollar into it, finding a buyer for it, and then being totally cut out of the deal. It SUCKS.
