Flip This Wholesaler

I was up until 3am last night stuffing envelopes. I sent out 60 letters this morning.

My phone rang off the hook today. I'm not sure how many leads I got, I think 6 or 7. I was still working on leads from yesterday, so right now I am way behind. I am also trying to get things together for my trip to Vegas this weekend, so I have been running around like a crazy person trying to get everything taken care of.

2 of the leads I got from the mortgage guys are pretty good. I'm making offers on both of them, and already have a buyer for one if I can get it at the price I want. It's not too far off from the asking price, so it's possible.

I'm exhausted.
