Flip This Wholesaler

My friend that fell off of a ladder had surgery today, so I spent most of the day in the hospital. I brought Steve Cook's wholesaling course along, and spent some time reading through it again. I always seem to pick up something new when I read it.

I follwed up with the lead the mortgage guys gave me- another realtor asking too much. They sent me another lead today but I didn't have a chance to get to it. I'll call tomorrow.

I think my weekend in Vegas is finally starting to catch up to me. I'm still not feeling well, and think I may just take it easy for the next few days. I definitely don't want to be sick for the bootcamp.
