Flip This Wholesaler

I followed up today with the leads I got while I was gone. Nothing to write home about. The last guy I talked to had a property that he said was worth 260k fixed up, needed 50k in repair, and he was asking 200k. What a bargain. I was shocked to find out that he was a realtor. Usually they are so sharp when it comes to investing.

I got a few other calls from signs, and one from a letter I sent out. Nothing good.

The mortgage guys sent me another lead today that I'm going to follow up with tomorrow. I really like having people send me leads. I want to be able to turn one into a deal as soon as possible.

I wanted to work on some letters tonight, but am not feeling so hot. Hopefully I'll be better in the morning.
