Flip This Wholesaler

The turnout for our investment group on Monday was fantastic. I made some more really great connections, and think I found a buyer for the deal I'm currently working on (I don't have it under contract just yet, but I hope to in the next few days). If nothing else, I just added another cash buyer to my buyers list.

I went to look at a property today that just got out of probate. It was under contract and the buyer fell through at the last minute. I put in an offer, but the owner rejected it. I also made an offer on a property from a lead I got yesterday from a letter I sent out. It is a divorce situation, and the lady just wants out. She said she was calling all of the investors she could find and taking the highest offer. Mine apparently wasn't the highest offer.

I should be getting paid this week from 2 of the leads I sent to the mortgage guys. I sent them another lead today (from a sign). I also got another short sale lead that I am sending off to my short sale guy.

My Dad called today to let me know his line of credit will be set up in the next day or so. I am having him fax me his proof of funds so I can start making cash offers right away.

I'm going to put some signs out tonight.
