Flip This Wholesaler

I put out 34 signs last night. I tried to do 40, but almost ran out of gas, and was too lazy to get more. I'm going to put out 40 more tonight.

I got 4 leads today. One I was able to pass on to another investor, 2 were garbage, and 1 is going to call me back. All I got out of her was that the property has major roof damage, and that she will sell for the loan balance. She had to get off the phone before I could even get the address. She told me she would call back with the rest of the information. I waited all day, then finally called her back to follow up. She said she will call me back Monday.. Sounds interesting.

The investment group my friend and I started will be meeting for the 3rd time this coming Monday. We are having one of the biggest wholesalers in Tampa speak. I'm pretty excited. I expect the turnout to be even bigger than last time. We have a great group of people that attend, and I think it will continue to grow.
