Flip This Wholesaler

I forgot about two non-real estate related appointments I had today, which took up a good portion of my day.

I am marketing some properties for another investor, and had a guy call me today who wanted to look at one of them. I met him at the property, and he seems pretty interested, but it has to close by the end of the month, and I don't know if he will be able to. I added 2 grand onto the price (after asking the investor who has the contract if this was OK), so that's what I would get if it sells. I've added this guy to my buyers list, so if nothing else I have 1 more buyer to sell to.

Another investor I know is trying to get a lot off of his hands, and I have three buyers who are looking for lots in the same part of town, so I am trying to put something together with that.

Tomorrow I'm going to go to my farm area and put up the rest of my signs and also put some flyers out at local stores and businesses. I have about 50 letters that I want to get out tomorrow as well.

A good friend of mine has a friend that passed away unexpectedly yesterday. She was only 34. It's funny how your perspective changes when something like this happens. Things could be going a lot better for me right now, but they could also be a whole lot worse.
