Flip This Wholesaler

I really kicked butt today. Not just with the marketing, but also getting my mind and focus back where they need to be.

I started the day off by organizing my disaster of an office. I let things get way out of hand since I got back from my Sister's wedding, and it drives me crazy when everything is scattered.

I went to Home Depot to get stakes for the remaining bandit signs I have (which is a royal pain in the ass because I have to cut them in the parking lot with bolt cutters because they won't fit in my car). After I put the signs together (there were about 40 left), I put them all in my trunk and drove out to my farm area. I ended up putting out 25, and had to leave for home because the kids were getting home from school, and I didn't feel like getting heckled. No calls yet from them.

I am marketing 3 properties for other investors, and have some buyers who are interested. It would be nice to get one of these deals put together. Easy money. Tomorrow I'm going to put some signs up around the properties. This is a great way to bring in calls, and add buyers to my list. I've added 3 more buyers in the last 2 days from marketing these other investor's properties.

I decided to put some extra effort into my daily run, and went 3.3 miles today. I spent the entire time visualizing my next deal. I'm trying really hard to keep my mind focused on success, and not worrying about what can go wrong. It isn't easy, but it really makes a huge difference when you focus your mind on what you want, and not what you are afraid of. It's a work in progress.
