Flip This Wholesaler

I went to my farm area again today and put up some more signs. I made some "Ca$h For Houses" fliers to put up in the local stores, but didn't have enough time to get any out. I'm going to start keeping a stack of them in my car so I ca put them up while I'm out and about.

I put 20 or so letters in the mail this morning.

I called two of the leads that the mortgage guys gave me yesterday. One lady hasn't called me back yet, and the other is asking a little over market value for her home that is headed for foreclosure.

This weekend I'm going to try and make as many offers as possible on mls properties. I want to try and get some signs out as well as send a bunch of letters out.

I'm going to bed extra early today so I can get a head start on my offer making.

Oh, I got one of those "that was easy" things from Staples. I have it on my desk. It's pretty funny.
