Flip This Wholesaler

I'm whipped. I spent all day putting offers together. I have 25 to send out tomorrow (this includes the 7 from yesterday). I still have to go get a fax machine so I can send them out tomorrow morning. I plan on doing the same thing tomorrow and Tuesday, then I head for St. Louis. If I try really hard, I think I can get at least 50 offers out there before the time I leave.

I was reading one of Steve Cook's articles yesterday about when he was first getting started and how he went out one weekend and made 40 offers. I don't know how the heck he did it. I'm exhausted and I only have 25 put together. My goal for the weekend was originally to match his 40 offers, but I realized early today that wasn't going to happen. Ah well, I gave it my best shot.

Going throught the listings, I learned who the top 3 REO agents are in the area. There are lots of them, but these 3 have the majority of the listings. Once I have a chance to breathe, I'll have to take them out to lunch and make friends.

I didn't get a single lead from my marketing all weekend. I sent a bunch of letters out, and thought I would at least get a few responses. You just never can tell. I also have quite a few signs out as well. I suspect there are other investors taking them down, as the area I'm working in is kind of an investor hot spot right now.
