I only made 2 offers today. Both REOs. Both in the hood. I went out and looked at both of them- they were in the same neighborhood. I was negotiating with the seller of one of these properties in the beginning of the year, but he was asking way too much. Now the hard money lender owns it. It is one of the worst rehab jobs I have ever seen (even worse than the ones I did- and that's pretty bad).
