Flip This Wholesaler

I spent the day making offers, counters, and looking at a couple of properties. I forgot to bring the directions to one of the properties I was going to see, so I figured I would just wing it- I had been there once before, so I figured it would be no problem. If there's one thing I'm really good at, it's getting lost. I finally had to pull into someone's driveway and call a friend to MapQuest the directions from the driveway to the house I was trying to find. Then I got lost on the way home. Good times.

The guy I talked to the other day that actually has equity is not ready to "give his house away." Yet. I think he will be in a couple of months, though.

Thursday I'm meeting one of the REO realtors I've been making nice with to look at one of his properties.

Tomorrow I'll be making more offers. I started making mls offers about a month ago, so soon it will be time to submit the offers for round 2. I'm guessing my results will get better as time goes by. At least that's what I've been told.
