Well, I'm at 52 offers for the month. Here are the results: 15 rejections, 28 didn't respond, 9 counters. My goal is to have 100 offers in by the end of the month w at least one property under contract.
Today was the same as yesterday- making offers and looking at properties.
I'm getting some calls from the letters I'm sending out. Honestly, I am really sick of talking to sellers. I much prefer just faxing in an offer. Let the HP Officejet 5610 All-in-One do the negotiating for me. He he.
