RE goals for the day:

(1) Make 5 mls offers

(2) Put 20 letters in the mail, and have 20 ready to go for tomorrow

(3) Add 2 cash buyers to buyers list

(4) Pick out 5 properties to make offers on tomorrow

I put in 5 offers on mls properties today. I have 5 more for tomorrow. I got a rejection today from one of the REO properties I offered on yesterday.

I put 20 letters in the mail this morning, and have 20 more to go out tomorrow.

I spoke with one of the REO realtors that I've talked with a couple of times already. I'm going to meet w him sometime next week to look at another of his properties.

I was able to add 1 more cash buyer to my list.

I have several leads on properties that have sinkholes on them, and am trying to get in touch with some investors who specialize in them. I spoke to a guy several months back who was specifically looking for sinkhole properties, but now I can't find his info.

I got another short sale lead today that I sent to my ss friend. One of the deals that he is working on that I sent him is prob. not going to work out. I guess the BPO came in too high. Oh well. I'm bound to get one sooner or later. Right?

I think I'm coming down w something. I've been tired all day and just don't feel right.
