Well, so much for posting my goals at the beginning of the day. That was short-lived.

I only got 2 offers in today. I got sidetracked again. I accidentally found a very good source of motivated seller leads while I was searching through court documents, and got hung up for several hours doing more research.

I have a bunch of letters to send out tomorrow, and plan on making at least 5 offers. Mostly REOs.

I got another rejection today from one of the offers I made on Friday.

I talked to a seller today who has a 350 square foot cottage (aka shack) in the hood that needs a complete rehab. She is looking to get $75k for it. Must be made out of gold or something.

My new fax machine is glorious. I named it Cash.
