I have been sick the last couple of days. I managed to make 2 offers today and 2 yesterday. I got one rejection yesterday.

I feel like throwing the towel in and saying screw it. I'm not going to, but that's how I feel right now. I'm sick of my stupid piece of shit computer, my bills that I can't pay, my stress level, giving myself pep talks everyday, having nervous breakdowns every other week, talking to unmotivated sellers, getting yelled at by realtors, etc. etc. etc.

I'm not going to give up, ever, but I sure do feel like it sometimes.
