Flip This Wholesaler

I am anxiously awaiting another counter offer. If they come down to my price (only 5k more), I am going to put it under contract. My wholesaer friend went and took a look at it and thinks I should be able to wholesale it if I can get it for $115k. The ARV is around $180ish, and it's a good sized 3/1 bungalow in a nice part of town. If he finds a buyer, I'll split the wholesale fee w him. Money well spent in my opinion. Now I just have to wait.

I didn't do much work today. Tomorrow I will be putting a bunch of offers together.
