Flip This Wholesaler

I am exhausted. I spent the day driving all over town looking at properties. I looked at five, and am putting in five offers tomorrow am. I got two leads from one of the listing agents I met while looking at these properties.

I got a call from the seller of the house I just got under contract- his realtor now wants to write up another contract, and use her title company. Hopefully it will not be a big deal. I'm not looking forward to the phone call to her tomorrow.

Still no phone calls from the postcards I've been sending.

Feeling a little discouraged today. Tomorrow will be better.
