The guy with the 85k house FINALLY called me back. I've found that the only way to get him to respond is to blow up his phone with calls until I get some sort of acknowledgement. Supposedly he is making an appointment for me to see it tomorrow or Thursday. How long can this deal possibly drag out? I guess I'm about to find out. If I get inside and it looks like a bomb went off, I am going to strangle this guy.
I have been marketing the crap out of the deals the investor I am working for is selling. I have a bunch of people interested, but no contracts yet. I went to an investor meeting tonight to pitch some of the properties. One of the investors thinks he may have a buyer for one of them. I will follow up with him tomorrow. One of the wholesalers I have gone to lunch with a few times was at the meeting tonight. It was nice to see him. I'm going to try and hit at least two meetings each week to pass out my cards and advertise my properties. I kind of got out of the habit of doing this and need to start back up again.
Not much else to report today.
