The results came in today for the most frustrated person in the world contest. I won. See, dreams really do come true.

The seller with the 85k house is still not returning my calls. This guy is really pissing me off. The last time we spoke he told me I could see the place tomorrow or Weds, so I will not freak out 100% until then. Still, though, I don't see why he can't return my calls.

No word from the mortgage guys. I forgot to mention in my last post about their new "exchange program." They've turned a relatively simple subject-to purchase into this crazy convoluted transaction in order to avoid the due on sale clause. They have a team of lawyers involved and everything. It took him at least 15 minutes to explain it to me, and I still have no clue what he's talking about. Not that I'm an expert by any means, but if I can't understand it, I don't know how they are going to explain it to John and Mary First Time Home Buyer. Not my problem, I guess.

None of the potential buyers I had from over the weekend panned out.

I spent the day today engaging in witty office banter and preparing
tps reports.

I'm going on a cruise to the Bahamas at the end of next month. I have a doctor friend who is working on board for 3 months. He called the other day to see if I wanted to take a 3 day cruise while he is working. Nice. I could certainly use a vacation. Never been on a cruise, either. Sign me up.
