Well, guys, guess what? I quit my j-o-b yesterday. After 9 whole days of office life, I decided it just isn't for me. It actually worked out quite well- the guy I was working for called me into his office to see how everything was going. He told me he wanted me to focus more on promoting his business, selling his mentorship program and bootcamp. I told him that I don't think I would be very good (at all) at doing something like that, so we decided to call it quits. It was a very amicable "break-up" though, we shook hands and exchanged pleasantries, and that was the end of that. All I can say is that I am RELIEVED. I don't know what I was thinking going to work for someone else after all this time being on my own. Somebody smack me next time I do something like that. Seriously.
So, now I can devote 100% of my time to getting this 85k house sold. I haven't heard back yet from the cash buyer who went to look at it yesterday. Last time she looked at a property of mine, she took a day or so to get back to me with an offer, so I will be anxiously awaiting her call today. I also need to get some more signs out in the area as well as put an ad in the Flyer (thrifty-nickel type paper).
Tonight I am going to a hockey game. It's the Lightning's first home game of the season. Should be a good time.

Congrats Stephanie. I firmly believe that you cannot succeed in anything unless you go at it full force. Having a job is just on thing that can get in the way. Don't look back and concentrate on your strengths.
Thanks, Pauly.
I appreciate it.
