I stopped watching TV about 2.5 years ago, after hearing Robert Shemin refer to it as the "Electric Income Reducer." Every now and again I will catch a glimpse of the news or some outlandish reality show, and then I will remember why I stopped watching. Good grief, what a colossal, depressing, waste of time. I sat down and watched CNN for about 15 minutes today and seriously wanted to blow my brains out. I've decided that once I am a gazillionaire (soon), I am going to create a news channel that only broadcasts good news 24/7. It will be called "The Good News Channel." As much as I like hearing about war, and government corruption, and what a stupid waste of space Paris Hilton is, it sure would be nice to hear something uplifting every once in awhile.
I don't have any real estate news to report. I spent most of the day organizing my office and paying bills.
