Flip This Wholesaler

I went out to St. Pete this morning (about 40 minutes away), to snap some pictures of a property one of my wholesaler friends just contracted. Since you guys are probably sick of hearing my stories about getting lost, I will just cut to the chase on this one....... For whatever reason, I decided to add an extra "8" onto the street address, so, instead of looking for 826 11th Ave S, I was looking for 8826 11th Ave S. Which doesn't exist. I tried calling my friend for directions while I was driving around lost, but he wasn't answering. After a good hour and a half, I gave up and headed for home.

I need GPS.

Or, at least a compass.

Or, maybe a giant compass that I could sport around my neck, Flava Flav-style.





I could call myself "Losty Lost".
