Flip This Wholesaler

I called the seller back who had the two rental properties and made her an offer. She started cackling on the phone. I am getting used to it, and think it's kind of funny.

I thought I would go crazy if I sat in my office another day listening to the phone not ring, so I went to the courthouse and did some investigating. I have a little less than 100 postcards and letters to send out tomorrow morning. When I got back to my office I called myself a couple of times just to refresh my memory on what it sounds like when the phone rings.

I put out the remainder of my signs tonight, and should have 200 more coming in tomorrow or Monday, or Tuesday, or by next Friday for sure. Saturday at the latest.

I'm thinking of ordering some shirts that say "I Need a Deal." Maybe in pink with black letters.

Tomorrow I am going to put in 3 offers with my realtor. I may also go to the courthouse in another county and do some poking around.
