Flip This Wholesaler

Well, my phone is finally starting to ring consistently. Finally. I got 5 calls today. A couple were almost there, but not quite. I still have to call one of them back and make an offer, but I think he owes too much. I went to look at an REO today and am about to fax my offer in. The realtor told me they had an offer for 75k a few weeks ago that was turned down, and my offer is going to be lower than that, but I'm faxing it anyway. No sense driving out to look at a property and not making an offer.

I changed my mind again and put some more signs out tonight (20). I can't bear to have a box full of signs just sitting there looking at me. Also, since I threw a tantrum because they took so long to get here, I figure it wouldn't be right to just let them sit.

I added another cash buyer to my buyers list today, and also invited her to join our investment group.

I'm making a trip to the courthouse to do some investigating tomorrow. Going to catch up on making phone calls as well. Oh, speaking of phone calls, I went over on my cell minutes this month and my phone bill is $600. Good times. I could buy 400 signs with that. Oh well. Needless to say, I increased my minutes.
