Flip This Wholesaler

I was lazy today and didn't do any marketing at all. I had intentions of putting signs out, but am going to do it tomorrow instead. I need to get back in the groove of calling sellers, as that's what seems to have worked for me the best so far. It's also free.

I didn't get any leads today.

A friend of mine sent me this quote tonight that I thought was great. I wrote it up on my offer board in my office: " If you fall down 10 times, stand up 11."
