I went to the beach with my Dad today.

I got 5 leads today. 2 I sent to other investors, and the other 3 I need to follow up w tomorrow.

"The numbers still aren't in" on my house, so I still have no idea what I'll be getting. Have you ever heard anything so hilarious? The closing is a week away and I still have no clue what's going on. I really hope we do not ever run into each other again because it will not be pretty. I work so hard and try to do everything above board, honestly, and ethically, and this piece of trash is totally screwing with the money that I worked for. It makes me so angry to think about it, and I know I should just quit making myself upset, but it's kind of hard not to. I'm going to call her on the day of the closing and ask if she wants me to pay for her gas to get to and from the title company.
