The trip to Vegas was a blast. I didn't get too much sleep over the weekend, so I spent most of the day today recovering. I got a few leads in while I was away- I will follow up tomorrow.
Only 1 week left until the Flippinghomes bootcamp. I'm going to try and do as much marketing as possible before then.
One of the sellers of a deal I've been working on sent me an email yesterday saying he got an offer for 10k more. Darn. I told him to keep me in mind if it doesn't work out.
