Flip This Wholesaler

Most of my day today was spent dealing with some unpleasant non-real estate related business. By the time I got home, I could barely keep my eyes open. I made myself put together 60 letters to pre-foreclosures even though I just wanted to go to bed. I came up with a new letter for pre-foreclosures, and am working on a slightly different strategy. I am curious to see what sort of response I get from these.

I am behind on a lot of my mailings that I get from the courthouse, so I will be heading downtown on Thursday to catch up. Tomorrow I have some more bs to deal with, so I most likely won't have time to get to the courthouse.

I should have a website set up by the end of the week geared towards homeowners in pre-foreclosure. I have some other things in the works as well that I am getting pretty excited about.

Off to bed. I'm exhausted.
