Went to the courthouse today to do some research. I think I got some pretty good leads. I'll be sending the letters off tomorrow.

Got a few leads today from some old ads I had on Craigslist. Some guy trying to get rid of a bunch of duplexes. What's with the duplexes lately? Anyway, I think he wants to get close to ARV, so probably not going to work, but after talking to him for a bit, he told me he's looking for some other properties to hold as rentals, so I added him to my buyers list.

Everything is on track for the deal I have set to close on the 6th. They might need an extra week, but everything is good to go with the financing. The termite inspection is Saturday, the appraisal was yesterday. Will be nice to get paid.
Tomorrow I'll be working on mailings, and doing some studying for some other stuff I'm doing.
