How is it June already? This year is flying by!

I went and looked at the FSBO loft today. I didn't want to leave. This place is soooo sweet. I must live in this building or I will die. There's a roof top terrace that overlooks downtown, and a clubhouse, and gym. It's perfect. There is one problem, though- there's no Starbucks nearby. I can't imagine it will be long before one pops up, though. Other than that, it's perfect. I'm on a mission. Not that I haven't been for the last 7 or so months.

I worked on a bunch of letters today. Will put them in the mail tomorrow. My phone is going to start ringing off the hook this week with motivated sellers begging me to take their homes for pennies on the dollar.

The realtor from yesterday never even bothered to call back and apologize. Nothing. Nice way to run your business. I guess with the market being so hot in Tampa right now, he just had too much going on to worry about a $350,000 listing. What a joke. Those realtors just kill me, they really do.
