Flip This Wholesaler

So, the mortgage guy who is handling the loan for this nightmare of a deal I'm in the middle of called the seller yesterday before I had a chance to and told her it MIGHT close by late next week. I get a call from the seller who is HYSTERICAL. Understandably hysterical. They already spent $1500 on a moving truck, and only have it for 6 days, and now the closing is put off another week. Meanwhile, my friend who is buying it (supposedly) is MIA, and I am about to have another nervous breakdown. The idiot of a mortgage broker is supposed to call me by the end of the day today and let me know what is going on so I can then tell the seller what is going on.

The owner of the loft I went and looked at on Sunday just called me to see if I was interested. He happened to mention that there is a couple who was looking at it that is interested in a lease option, and that he would not be opposed to it. Nice. Now all I need is to close a few friggin deals, and I will be moving in. I went and looked at another one yesterday in the same building. I must live there. I haven't been getting as many leads as I expected from the letters I've been sending out.

I think that if I don't get a deal closed by the end of next month that I am giving up and joining the circus. I can juggle a little bit.
